ipoh trip, the lost world of tambun~

Phewwww!!! We can't believe that we abandon our blog for so looooong but lucky it has a post option feature which we can back dated our entry! so we are going to post our vacation cum PNB family day at  'The Lost World of Tambun' Sunway city.We were badly sun burned oh..until now, our still skin has a different tones..haha macam kuda belang @ zebra..

Ajai looks kinnda  weird in this picture.

Getting enough of swimming? We went over to fuel up our body
We're riding on a self peddle swan on a lake in the Lost World. Nice....lots of fishes follow you as you paddle around the lake. Take food with you which you get as you get your raft ticket....nice to peddle and feed the fishes...they are not afraid and very hungry..cute.

Just showing off......

Later, we headed towards the Petting Zoo. Quite a distance walk from the main entrance.
And we came across this ape/ orang utan/ gorilla friend and ............ huu akkk huu huu akkk
or you can ride a train to get there

The Lost World Petting Zoo
At the Bird Paradise, we meet this awesome dude.. His name is Mr. Mano and he is the bird trainer in this sanctuary.. Be amazed when he can call the birds, high-5 with them, feed them with his mouth and etc etc..  I don't want to miss the opportunity when Mr. Mano offered a chance  to feed the birds.

This part was very nice as we walked through this glass tunnel with lots of big snakes surrounding us, on top our head and below our feet. We made sure We walked on the support beams underneath the glass just in case I had a Harry Potter moment and the glass disappeared!

In the rainforest, they told us that we spot wildlife such as squirrels, fox, monkeys, birds and even the beautiful Rajah Brooke butterflies but we didn't spot any of it.

The best part ever is to meet the friendly Ruby the Raccoon

They have longkang fishing activity as well. They have small white and pinkish fishes there.  But it seemed to be impossible to catch any of the fish with the netting provided by them. The fishes were all hiding at the inner part of the longkang.

Overall, it was a nice visit to the Lost World of Tambun.
