What are you doing during Hari Raya Eve?
Me and my siblings ..emmm.... play fire crackers and play fire crackers and play fire crackers....eat and eat and eat...too much favorite foods.

after fire crackers, followed atuk from one house to another for Takbir raya. A must activity during raya. Other than that, of course collecting DUIT RAYA !!!!! the best things most of all....He he he

On the eve of each Raya, the busiest place in my nenek’s house would be the kitchen, where everyone would be frantically chasing time to prepared the yummy - licious food.

Takbir raya

Typically, We have to wake up relatively early in the morning( before sunrise),take a shower , put on new clothes, have a small breakfast before attending the special eid Prayer. Wan's said is a sunnah .

After the prayers, we just hang out at home, playing or watching tv with our cousin. Mama and her sister are busy in the kitchen coz there are lots of people visiting atuk house. By 4:30pm we are ready to went to atuk hometown to visited Nyang place.

firecrackers piercing the dark skies amid the sounds of takbir are the most valuable things during raya. we think almost everyone would agree with it....
