hong kong

Last month, me and my Family (five of us) travelled to Hong Kong for 6 days and 5 nights. It was our first trip abroad and it took months of planning because our parents wanted to personalize our itinerary and did not want to be part of a constrictive tour group. Planning for the trip was quite easy because there are a lot of information available online about Hong Kong but we just wanted it to be flawless and cram as much sights during our short visit.
Exploring Hong Kong over the next few days really opened our eyes even further.
Space is maximized because of how densely populated the region is. They have large malls too, some would reach 34 floors and these floors still has some shops that cater to their clients. It may be difficult if you're claustrophobic but they have ways to make it look a little roomy. Knowing that no one's excluded from this fact, you learn to accept the situation and live with it.

Riding in a Double-decked Bus to StanleyMarket
The town of Stanley is about a 1 hour and 30-minute bus ride from World Trade Cntrel. We took the double-decker city bus and we highly recommend sitting up top and in front, because the ride there is half the attraction. It's a winding and exciting ride with gorgeous views of coastline. At the end of the busline is the village of Stanley where there are cafes, beachfront, and a street market
Take Bus 629 from WTC which will passed through the Western Harbour Tunnel, Sheung Wan area. Along the way you get to see the Wind Turbine at Lamma Island, Aberdeen, Ocean Park, Repulse Bay, before reaching Stanley. We find this bus trip much enjoyable than taking a taxi

We visited the market on our second day morning. It wasn't very crowded and all of the stalls were open. Some stall took credit cards and some allowed barting! Dont buy items at the first shop, most of the stuff will be sold at other stalls and you will be able to negotiate a good rate. We enjoyed the shopping!

At the Peak, there are souvenir shops, bookstore, gaming centre, and al fresco restaurants.
